Judy is enjoying life as a creative after her career as an Occupational Therapist for the military and civilian practices. She joined Women of Watercolor in 2007 when she and her husband moved to Summit County. She is inspired by the mountains, blue skies, and animals that live here. She loves the challenge to “Let the water do the work” of watercolor.
She also enjoys creating “Junk Journals” and mixed media pieces out of recycled and repurposed materials. Her husband laughingly says, “We don’t have trash at our house, only art supplies!”
You can also find her jewelry and other beading projects at the gallery. She considers her imagination as one of her strengths and is always on the lookout for creative ways to express it.
