In the mid-70s he bought a SLR (Single Lens Reflex) camera, an Olympus OM-1. At that time he also had his own color darkroom. In 2000, Steve was asked to participate in a Kodak Focus group. This was his entry into digital photography.
Today Steve shoots with a D500 Nikon DSLR camera and a Nikon Z 7II mirrorless camera and with various brands and Sizes of lenses. He particularly enjoys Wildlife photography with an emphasis on Raptors and Birds-in-Flight.
