Megan Quirk (Quirks of Art co.) is a multidisciplinary artist based in Dillon, CO, working primarily in digital illustration while also dabbling in watercolor, polymer clay, and other mediums as well. Her work is inspired by the landscapes and everyday moments that shape her life — mountain towns, rivers, desert trips, and more.
Originally from Minnesota with a background in biology and environmental education, she moved to Summit County to work at the Keystone Science School. She later worked at Summit County Libraries as a tech and manager, and now substitutes to allow more time for her art practice.
Rather than focusing on a single medium or style, Meg takes a jack-of-all-trades approach to making, allowing curiosity to guide her process. Her work is playful, place-based, and rooted in the belief that art doesn’t need to be perfect and rare to be meaningful. Alongside personal work, she regularly creates commission pieces such as custom portraits, wedding invitations, maps, logos, and location based illustrations for individuals, businesses, and local organizations.
Megan lives in Summit Cove with her husband, Stephen, their dog Otis, and five backyard chickens
